Sometimes it is okay to cry to allow you to let go of all the build-up pressure dwelling inside you that is associated with misery, hurt, broken heart, burnout, joblessness, loneliness, sickness and frustrations. But one thing you should not do is to be preoccupied with these problems for too long. Do not dwell on the negativism of your situation rather focus on the positivity of your life and how you can make a life-changing impact to turn your situation around for the better. Refuse to be a handicap to your problem.
